Have purchased a couple lab analyzers from Seneca, and have been extremely happy with them. Very knowledgeable group, and extremely quick to answer inquiries and offer support. Despite being well outside any warranty period, Seneca continues to be very helpful and quick to answer any questions (like today, 5 years from my original purchase, which is what prompted me to write this review). Will definitely check with Seneca for equipment purchases in the future.

Very pleased with products and services. The company is transparent and goes way beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They provided not just product, but updated user manual and referral to purchase kit/cassettes. Worked with Mr. Lantis who is very knowledgeable and honest. I own and operate a Family Practice medical clinic in Vancouver Washington, and I have really appreciated being able to do CLIA waived chemistry testing in our office, with the Piccolo Express. We purchased a second (used) machine recently, and the manufacturer, Abaxis, provides no cost effective service for purchased used equipment. So when we recently had a problem develop, I was able to contact Seneca Scientific to discuss the issues, and received a ballpark estimate for the cost to repair my machine. I sent the machine to them, and they promptly diagnosed and repaired the condition for Avery fair price, making my chemistry machine worth much more than what I paid for it, and likely to work well for quite a number of years going forward. I would highly recommend this company for any medical equipment evaluation and repairs you might have!
